Client Challenge
Our client engaged us for support in building out a real time optimisation capbility for several hydrogen supply chains. We led the design & development of the optimisation model.
Our Solution
We worked with our client to define the key requirements of the optimisation model. We then developed the model to manage real time optimisation of supply chain flex (e.g. electrolyser running pattern, hydrogen storage, offtake flex) & supported integration into our clients wider architecture.
Result
The optimisation model we delivered has become a key component of the client's operational decision support systems architecture.
