Client Challenge
We were engaged by our client to support the analysis of different options to decarbonise their mining operations using RES & green H2.
Our Solution
We developed a green H2 supply chain investment valuation framework covering RES, electrolysers, H2 storage & offtake contracts. We then undertook detailed analysis of supply chain configuration optimisation & financing options for specific target sites.
Result
Our analysis across a 2 year period supported our client to develop a framework for configuring & valuing H2 supply chains which supported investment prioritisation & appraisal of specific sites.
