Sameer joined the Timera team from a quantitative analysis & engineering background. He has strong analytical, technical & coding skills that support his analysis of energy markets and asset value & risk.
Sameer has a BEng Mechanical Engineering (1st Class Honours) from the University of Warwick. He also holds a MSc Financial Technology (Distinction) from Imperial College Business School, focusing on quantitative financial analysis.
Prior to joining Timera, Sameer was working with Candesic analysing complex products & market dynamics for private equity clients. Before this he worked as a Quantitative Analyst at a UK based fintech start up (IV digital). Since joining Timera, Sameer has been focused on analysis of battery and hydro assets and developing our in-house analytical & modelling capability.
