Client Challenge
We were engaged by our client to analyse the optimal configuration of an electrolyser project site as well as assessing different green power sourcing strategies.
Our Solution
We configured the site supply chain in our hydrogen supply chain modelling framework and ran multiple scenarios of different power sourcing strategies (e.g. RES PPA, colocated RES, pure merchant & hybrid strategies) and offtake contract structures.
Result
Our analysis played a significant role in the client's understanding of their investment case and supported them narrowing in on optimal project configuration & commercial model.
