We were engaged by the client to analyse German & Netherlands power market evolution and value a large target portfolio of thermal assets.
Our Solution
We conducted a ‘deep dive’ analysis of the evolution of NW European power markets. This fed into stochastic modelling of the margin distributions of the individual power plants to 2040.
Result
Our market & valuation analysis supported the client’s investment committee approval and successful acquisition of the portfolio.
