Alessio joined Timera from Elemens, where he was an Energy Analyst with a strong data science & quantitative analysis background. In this role he was responsible for development of Elemens’ Italian power market, batteries and flexible power assets modelling capabilities, including investment & market due diligence support for clients. He has also participated and led multiple consulting projects on the in-depth analysis of Italian and European energy markets regulation as well as on long-term renewable energy contracts structuring and pricing.
Alessio has a MSc in Energy Management Engineering and BSc in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and his main area of expertise is the application of quantitative techniques as operations research, machine learning, statistical modelling, and data analytics in the energy, logistics and financial sectors.
Alessio works in Timera’s technical analyst team with responsibility for gas & power market analysis and commercial analysis of flexible assets.
