Lorna is an experienced People and Operations leader with a background spanning the energy, climate-tech and technology sectors. She has worked with high growth and scaling businesses, building the people, operational and organisational foundations needed to support growth and change.
Prior to joining Timera, Lorna held senior People and Operations roles at Electron and Piclo, both operating at the forefront of the energy transition. Her experience spans People and business operations, international expansion, organisational development, talent, compliance and governance, as well as implementing the systems and processes needed to enable businesses to scale effectively.
Lorna has worked closely with founders and senior leadership teams throughout her career, combining a people focused approach with strong operational delivery. She is passionate about creating high performing, inclusive organisations where effective operations and great employee experience go hand in hand.
